Lehsun ki Chutney (Garlic Chutney) Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Garlic Cloves
- 15 Button Red Chilies
- 1½ tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1½ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ½ cup Water
Instructions
- In grinder, add garlic cloves, whole red chilies, cumin seeds, salt, oil and water, grind until medium coarse paste.
- Chutney is ready.
- Tip: If you don’t like raw garlic taste. Blend all ingredients together except oil. Heat oil in a saucepan and add grinded ingredients, mix well until done.
