Maggi Masala-e-Magic Powder Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Coriander Seeds
- 2 tbsp. Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Methi
- 1 tsp Fennel
- 2 Bay Leaf
- 1 Cinnamon
- 5 Cardamoms
- 6 Cloves
- 1 tsp Black Paper Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp. Aamchur Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp. Ginger Powder
- 1 tsp Corn Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
Instructions
- Take ¼ cup coriander seeds, 2 tbsp. cumin seeds, ¼ tbsp. fenugreek seeds, 1 tbsp. fennel, 2 bay leaf, 1 cinnamon, 5 cardamoms, and 5-6 cloves. put it in pan.
- Roast them on low flames until aromatic.
- Give forth them into blender.
- Add 1 tbsp. black paper powder in the blender.
- Add 1 tbsp. red chili powder.
- Add 1 /2 tbsp. turmeric powder in the blender.
- Add 1 tbsp. aamchur powder and add 1 ½ tbsp. Garlic powder.
- Add 1 ½ tbsp. onion powder.
- Add 1 tbsp. ginger powder.
- Add 1 tbsp. corn flour.
- After that add 1 tbsp. salt.
- Add 1 tbsp. sugar. Blend it and make smooth powder.
- Put out and pour in air tight container for use.
Notes
- Confirm to use recent spices to extend the shelf life of masala.
- You'll modify the chili powder and salt to your preference.
- Adding corn flour is facultative. It is chiefly accustomed absorb wet gift in spices.
