Arrabiata Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
For Tomato Puree:
- 4 Tomatoes
- Water As Required
For Arrabiata Pasta:
- 400 g Penne Macaroni
- Water As Required
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Garlic (Chopped)
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Flakes
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1½ cup Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- Cooked Pasta
- Parmesan Cheese As Required
- Parsley (Chopped) As Required
Instructions
- Place cuts on tomatoes and blanch them for 10 minutes
- Peel the skin of blanched tomatoes and blend them well. Your tomato puree is ready. Set aside.
- In a pot heat water and add oil and salt. Bring it to boil. Now add Guard Penne Macaroni and boil until 80% done.
- In a pan heat oil and add garlic, red chili flakes and sauté for a minute. Now add tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato paste, salt, oregano and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Now add boiled pasta and give it a good mix.
- In a dish add cooked pasta, garnish it with parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Your Arrabiata Pasta is ready, serve and enjoy.
