Place cuts on tomatoes and blanch them for 10 minutes
Peel the skin of blanched tomatoes and blend them well. Your tomato puree is ready. Set aside.
In a pot heat water and add oil and salt. Bring it to boil. Now add Guard Penne Macaroni and boil until 80% done.
In a pan heat oil and add garlic, red chili flakes and sauté for a minute. Now add tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes.
Add tomato paste, salt, oregano and cook for another 2 minutes.
Now add boiled pasta and give it a good mix.
In a dish add cooked pasta, garnish it with parmesan cheese and parsley.
Your Arrabiata Pasta is ready, serve and enjoy.
