For Tomato Puree:

  • 4 Tomatoes 
  • Water As Required

For Arrabiata Pasta:

  • 400 g Penne Macaroni
  • Water As Required
  • 1 tbsp Oil 
  • 1 tbsp Salt 
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (Chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 tsp Oregano 
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • Cooked Pasta
  • Parmesan Cheese As Required
  • Parsley (Chopped) As Required


  • Place cuts on tomatoes and blanch them for 10 minutes
  • Peel the skin of blanched tomatoes and blend them well. Your tomato puree is ready. Set aside.
  • In a pot heat water and add oil and salt. Bring it to boil. Now add Guard Penne Macaroni and boil until 80% done.
  • In a pan heat oil and add garlic, red chili flakes and sauté for a minute. Now add tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato paste, salt, oregano and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Now add boiled pasta and give it a good mix.
  • In a dish add cooked pasta, garnish it with parmesan cheese and parsley.
  • Your Arrabiata Pasta is ready, serve and enjoy.
