
Cheesy Onion Fingers Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 to 6 qty Bread slices
- 1 qty Finely chopped onion
- 1 qty Spring onion chopped
- 1 qty Capsicum sliced
- 1 tsp Chilly sauce
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Mustard powder
- 4 tsp Oil
- 1 qty Carrot sliced
- ½ cup Cabbage sliced
- 4 qty Green chilies chopped
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 3 tbsp Grated cheese
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 oz Butter
Instructions
- Butter the bread slices.
- Heat oil.
- Fry onions till half done.
- Add in the remaining vegetables, with seasoning and half grated cheese.
- Cook for 2 min and remove.
- Arrange bread slices on a greased baking tray.
- Put a little mixture over each slice and sprinkle with remaining grated cheese on them.
- Bake on no. 6/200 C for 10 to 15 min till cheese melt.
