Ingredients
  

  • 2 qty Chicken breasts with bone
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Roasted & crushed cumin
  • 1 tsp Roasted & crushed coriander
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp Finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Thyme leaves
  • 1 qty Capsicum
  • 1 qty Onion
  • 1 qty Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Siracha sauce

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken strips with all the given ingredients for 30 mins.
  • Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan, and pan fry chicken fry for 5 mins, add ¼ cup water.
  • Cover and cook till chicken done, add in the veggies, cook for just 5 mins, serve on a hot sizzler with rice mould.
