
Chicken Fajita Steak Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 qty Chicken breasts with bone
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Crushed garlic
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Roasted & crushed cumin
- 1 tsp Roasted & crushed coriander
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Oregano leaves
- 1 tsp Finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Thyme leaves
- 1 qty Capsicum
- 1 qty Onion
- 1 qty Tomato
- 2 tbsp Tomato puree
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp Siracha sauce
Instructions
- Marinate chicken strips with all the given ingredients for 30 mins.
- Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan, and pan fry chicken fry for 5 mins, add ¼ cup water.
- Cover and cook till chicken done, add in the veggies, cook for just 5 mins, serve on a hot sizzler with rice mould.
