
Buffet Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 packet Tikka boti
- ½ packet Egg noodles boiled
- 1 cup Sweet corn
- 3 qty Tomatoes chopperized
- 1 Capsicum sliced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- ½ cup Green olives chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Mustard powder
- 2 tbsp Tandoori masala
- 1 tbsp Sambal oleak
- 2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- Boil chicken and cut into cubes, save 2 cups stock, boil the noodles, keep aside.
- Heat oil, add chopped onion, capsicum, fry for 2 mins, add tomatoes, tandoori masala.
- Cook for 5 mins, fold in boiled noodles, chicken, corn, olives, salt, pepper, mustard, mix well, pour into a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake for 20 mins on 180 d, serve hot.
