
Chicken Wings in Cream Cheese Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Chicken wings (cut from center into 2)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 4 tbsp Corn flour 4
- 2 tbsp Hot sauce
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese
- Dry Flour to roll
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Chili Sauce
- ¼ cup Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
Instructions
FOR WINGS
- Marinate wings with given ingredients, roll in dry flour deep fry till golden and crisp
FOR SAUCE
- Heat oil add in all the remaining ingredient, cook for 5 min toil thick. Toss with the wings in cream cheese sauce.
- Cook till coated.
- Serve garnish with coriander leafs.
