Creamy Peppered Chicken Strips Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Fillets (Stripe OR Cubes)
- 1 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1½ tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp lemon pepper
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- Salt To Taste
- 6 Small Pita Bread
Instructions
- Marinate the fillets in the above for at least half an hour.
- Fry in a pan with 2 tbsp oil.
- Once chicken has cooked and browned slightly and coated with all spices (Do not over cook)
- Add 1 cup fresh cream 1 tsp crushed red chilli and 1 tbsp grated green pepper to the chicken.
- Allow to simmer on low heat. Once the chicken has infused and the sauce has thickened.
- Serve. Top with chopped coriander & crushed red chili.
