Crispy Salad Cups Recipe
Ingredients
- 200 gm Chicken Chunks
- 1 Chopped Capsicums
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Chopped Tomato
- Cilantro For Garnish
- 3-4 tbsp Chilli Garlic Sauce
- Oil For Brushing
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- 1 Grated Carrot
- 12-16 Roll Wrappers
- Oil For Brushing
Instructions
- Brush a mini cupcake tray with cooking oil, set aside
- Now brush the roll wrappers with oil or melted butter too and press each disc down into the tray
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 7-9mins, or until golden brown
- Let the cups cool then take them out and add a mix of chopped, grated veggies, and chicken chunks
- Sprinkle salt pepper, drizzle sauce, and top it off with cilantro
- Enjoy!
