
Mutton Bhuna Roll Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Boneless Mutton Strips
- ½ tbsp Cumin
- 3 qty Tomato (Big)
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste
- ½ tbsp 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 cup Water
- ¼ cup Coriander Leaves
- ¼ cup Mint Leaves
- 1 ½ cup Wheat Flour
- Salt
- Ghee
- Water
- 4 qty Egg
- 2 qty Sliced Onion
- ¼ cup Coriander n Mint Leaves
- Chaat Masala
Instructions
- Cut boneless mutton in thin strips.
- Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add in big chopped onion, cumin and sauté until golden in color.
- Now add big chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic green chilli paste and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder, salt n pepper.
- Cook everything well.
- Add in mutton strips and mix well.
- Now add water
- Coriander leaves and mint leaves.
- Cover n cook on medium flame until mutton is perfectly done.
- Off the flame n keep aside...
FOR ROLL
- Take wheat flour, maida, salt n ghee in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix everything well.
- Now add in water n knead well to a soft dough.
- Put some oil n knead again.
- Cover and leave for about half hour.
- Beat eggs, add in salt n cook egg in a pan.
- Cut into pieces n keep aside.
- Slice onion n keep aside.
- Chop coriander mint leaves n keep aside.
- Now make equal size balls from the dough, make medium size roti, put a piece of egg, put some mutton mixture, sliced onion, chopped coriander n mint leaves n sprinkle chaat masala.
- Fold all the sides of the roti n make spring roll shape.
- Shallow fry in hot oil till nicely done.
- Serve Hot.
