Why go to a restaurant when you can make steak platter at home. Serve it with garlic bread and vegetables to get full vibe of a restaurant at home.

  • 1 packet Tikka boti 
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic 
  • 1 tbsp Crushed garlic 
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 ½  tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp Barbeque sauce 
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup 
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp Siracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 qty Onion cut into round
  • 1 qty Capsicum 
  • 6 qty Mushrooms sliced 
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Garlic bread to serve
  • French fries to serve


  • Marinate tikka boti with ginger garlic, salt, crushed red pepper and vinegar for 30 mins.
  • Heat oil and butter, add crushed garlic, fry, add marinated meat, fry well for 7-8 mins, add all the sauces, cook for 5 mins, add veggies fry on fast flame for 3 mins, serve hot on a sizzler or platter, serve with fries and garlic bread.
