In a large bowl add the marinade ingredients to the chicken wings then mix until all the wings are evenly coated.
Once the chicken has marinated then heat a pan with oil for deep frying until hot then gently add the chicken wings and fry for 6-8 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
Once all the chicken wings have been fried set aside, as you prepare the sauce.
In a pan heat up the olive oil on medium heat until hot before adding the crushed chilies and garlic paste then sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add the chili sauce and tomato ketchup then cook for a further 1-2 minutes
Add the fried chicken wings then mix until all the chicken wings are evenly coated with the sauce.
Serve with a side of French fries and enjoy!
