Spicy Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
For Marination:
- 500 g Chicken Wings
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tbsp Plain Flour
For Sauce:
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Crushed Chilli Flakes
- 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
- 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Instructions
- In a large bowl add the marinade ingredients to the chicken wings then mix until all the wings are evenly coated.
- Once the chicken has marinated then heat a pan with oil for deep frying until hot then gently add the chicken wings and fry for 6-8 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Once all the chicken wings have been fried set aside, as you prepare the sauce.
- In a pan heat up the olive oil on medium heat until hot before adding the crushed chilies and garlic paste then sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chili sauce and tomato ketchup then cook for a further 1-2 minutes
- Add the fried chicken wings then mix until all the chicken wings are evenly coated with the sauce.
- Serve with a side of French fries and enjoy!
