
Thai Chicken Noodles Recipe
These Thai Chicken Noodles have the yummiest taste to them. The Thai spices will set your taste buds on fire, yet you’ll love every bite of it!
Ingredients
- 1 packet Egg noodles (boiled)
- ¼ cup Oil
- ½ cup Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 tbsp Ginger Grated
- 1 tbsp Garlic Chopped
- 4 qty Thai Red Chilies (cut diagonally)
- 4 qty Green Chilies (cut lengthwise)
- 1 qty Capsicum (cut into julienne)
- ½ cup Spring Onion (cut in 1 inch pieces)
- 1 qty Onion (sliced)
- 1 tsp Salt & Pepper (each leveled)
- ½ cup Peanuts
For Sauce:
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 4 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Chicken Powder
- 1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 tbsp Thai Red Curry (paste)
- 2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok
- Stir fry ginger garlic, red and green chilies
- Add mushrooms, peanuts, capsicum, onion and spring onion,
- Add noodles, toss well
- Add in all the ingredients for sauce, mix well
- Remove in a large platter, serve topped with roasted whole chicken
