Green Kofta Biryani Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Beef
- 1 qty Onion
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Salt and pepper
- 3 qty Green chilies
- ½ tsp All spice powder
- ½ tsp Cumin powder
- 1 qty Bread slice
- Coriander as required
FOR MASALA
- 1 qty Onion
- ½ cup Desiccated coconut
- 6 qty Curry leaves
- 6 6 Green chilies
- ½ bunch Coriander
OTHER INGRIDIENTS
- 1 cup Yogurt
- ½ tsp Ground cumin
- ½ tsp Ground coriander
- 6 qty Curry leaves
- 1 tsp All spice powder
- Salt to taste
- Green food color
- ¼ tsp Asafoetida
- 1 tsp Chicken powder
- 1/2 cup Oil
FOR RICE
- ½ kg Rice
- Whole spice as required
- Salt as required
TO TEMPERING
- 2 tsp Clarified butter
- ½ tsp Red pepper crushed
- ½ tsp Cumin powder
Instructions
- Blend all the masala ingredient with beef, now make meatballs and shallow fry in 1tbsp oil.
- Now in a wok add ghee and oil , blended masala, ginger garlic paste , yougurt, coriander , cumin, curry leaves asetofitida , chicken powder.
- All spice and roast well till oil comes on top , then add meatballs , half done rice , whole spice and salt.
- Now give layer of biryani, food color, lasty give baghar and garnish with coriander and serve.
