Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups Chicken Stock
  • ½ cup Boiled Chicken Mince
  • 1 Chicken Breasts
  • ½ Carrot
  • ½ cup Cabbage
  • ½ cup Beans 
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves 
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • ¼ cup Vinegar 
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Red Chili Sauce
  • tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp White Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Corn Flour (Mixed with ½ cup water)

Instructions
 

  • Heat stock add chicken, boiled mince meat with all vegetables and seasonings, when soup boiling thickens with corn flour paste.
  • Lastly add beaten egg, sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves, serve hot.
