Lung Fung Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 cups Chicken Stock
- ½ cup Boiled Chicken Mince
- 1 Chicken Breasts
- ½ Carrot
- ½ cup Cabbage
- ½ cup Beans
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- ¼ cup Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Red Chili Sauce
- 1½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp White Pepper
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Corn Flour (Mixed with ½ cup water)
Instructions
- Heat stock add chicken, boiled mince meat with all vegetables and seasonings, when soup boiling thickens with corn flour paste.
- Lastly add beaten egg, sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves, serve hot.
