
Batata Champ Wara Recipe
Ingredients
- 250 gm Beef Mince
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Green chilies grinned
- ¾ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Allspice
- ½ cup Coriander leaves chopped
- 4 qty Green chilies chopped
- ½ cup Spring onion finely chopped
- 4 qty Potatoes peeled boiled and mashed
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
FOR BATTER
- ½ cup Flour heaped
- ¼ tsp Salt
- Water to make batter as required
- ½ tsp fruit salt
Instructions
- Boil mince with water, ginger garlic, turmeric, salt, chili powder, grinded green chilies until tender and dry, cool mince add in chopped hara masala, allspice, mashed potatoes and lemon juice, mix all well, shape mixture into balls, roll balls into flour batter.
- Heat oil and fry until golden brown.
