Chatpata Fried Chicken Recipe
- 1 kg Chicken
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1½ cup Bread Crumbs (Mixed with 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- ½ tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Crushed Coriander
- 1 tsp Crushed Cumin
- 5 tbsp Gram Flour
- Per boiled chicken in 1 cup of water till dry.
- Mix all above together in to a paste of coating consistency.
- Marinate chicken in this for 30 mins.
- Coat in bread crumbs and sesame seeds mixture and deep fry.
- Serve with imli chutney on a bed of salad leaves.
