
Chimichangas Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Flour Tortias
- 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
- 300 gm Bonesless Chicken Strips
- 1 tbsp Garlic (crushed)
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Red Chilies (crushed)
- 1 tbsp Cumin (roasted & crushed)
FOR SOUR CREAM
- 1 packet Cream
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tbsp Salt & Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Oregano
FOR SALSA
- 3 Tomatoes balanced and chopped
- 2 tbsp Onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Capsicums (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with garlic, salt, black pepper and crushed red chilies.
- Heat oil 2 tbsp, add marinated chicken, cook for 10 minutes.
FOR CHIMICHANGAS
- Spread tortillas, mix chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese and spread on tortillas.
- Roll up tortillas with sides tucked in.
- Shallow fry in frying pan until golden.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa.
