
Cottage Cheese And Vegetable Cutlets
Ingredients
- 2 qty Potatoes ( boiled and mashed )
- ½ cup Capsicum chopped in tiny cubes
- ½ cup Cabbage chopped
- ¼ tsp Tumeric
- ½ tsp Mustard
- 2 qty Egg whites
- 2 tsp Flour
- Green chilies chopped
- ¼ cup Peas boiled
- ¼ cup Carrot 1 chopped in tiny cubes
- 4 oz Cottage cheese grated
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 qty Egg beaten
- Bread creumbs
- Coriander leaves chopped
Instructions
- Mix all above ingredients together.
- Make cutlets.
- Roll in egg whites and bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in hot oil.
