Potato Scotch Egg Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz Potatoes boiled and mashed
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Chilly powder
- 2 qty Green chilies chopped
- Oil for frying
- 2 qty Hard boiled eggs
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 qty Egg for coating
- Bread crumbs
Instructions
- Boil and mash potatoes.
- Add all above ingredients.
- Take a portion of it in hand fill quarter of an egg.
- Make into oval shape.
- Dip in egg.
- Roll in bread crumbs and shallow fry.
