Hot Dog Recipe
- 6 qty Sausages
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 1 cup Chicken or smoked veal
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp White pepper
- Make a batter with flour , baking powder , seasoning and a little water ; whisk all well.
- Wrap the sausages with meat.
- Secure tight with toothpick.
- Dip the sausages in the prepared batter and deep fry.
- Remove the toothpick and put on a plate.
- Decorate with piped mashed potato.
- Served with boiled vegetables.
