
Creamy Mini Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
- 250 gm Beef mince
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 qty Onion (small)
- 3 qty Green chilies
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Mustard paste
- 1 tbsp Cream
- 1 qty Egg
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Oregano
- ½ tsp Thyme
- 1 dozen Mini burger buns
FOR SAUCE
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha chili sauce
- 2 tbsp Suree sweet sauce
- 1 Pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Parsley finely chopped
Instructions
FOR SAUCE
- Mix altogether.
FOR BEEF PATTY
- Put all the given ingredients in the chopper and chopperize till smooth.
- Make into bite size patty.
- Grill in 2 tbsp oil.
TO ASSEMBLE
- Heat buns spread with butter topped with fried patty small cube of cheese slice of cucumber and tomato.
- Topped with prepared sauce cover with bun serve decorated with toothpicks.
