
Dahi Phulki Chaat Recipe
Ingredients
FOR PHULKI
- 1 cup Moong daal flour
- 4 tbsp Mash daal flour
- ⅕ tsp Soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- Warm water to make batter
- Oil to fry
FOR DAHI PHULKI MIX CHAAT
- 1 and ¼ cups Boiled chickpeas 1 cup with ¼ cup water remaining
- 8 to 10 qty Phulkis
- 2 tbsp Sweet chutney
- 2 tbsp Imli aur khajoor ki chutney heaped
- 1 tsp Green chutney
- 1 qty Onion sliced soaked in water
- Chopped coriander leaves as required
- ½ tsp Chaat masala
- ½ cup Crushed papri
- ½ cup Potatoes boiled and diced
- Assemble as demonstrated
Instructions
- Make batter with given ingredients leave for 30 mins.
- Deep fry phulkis.
