
Mince Cutlets Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz Mince squeez out all water
- 1 tbsp Worcestor sauce
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Mustard
- ΒΌ bunch Chopped coriander leaves
- 1 or 2 qty Eggs as required
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 qty Onion small
- 2 qty Chopped green chilies
- Bread crumbs
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in the mince.
- Keep for an hour.
- Shape in form of cutlets
- Dip in beaten eggs.
- Roll in crumbs and deep fry.
- Serve with fries and ketchup.
