
Monaco Tidbits Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 dozen Saltish biscuits
- 1 cup Boiled and shredded chicken heaved
- ½ cup Spring onion chopped with leaves
- 2 tbsp Sweet corn
- ½ qty Capsicum finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Flour
- ½ tsp Salt heaved
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- Chopped green chilies and coriander leaves as required
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup Water
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 qty Eggs well beaten
- 4 qty Bread slices made into crumbs
Instructions
- Make very thick white sauce.
- Add in it boiled shredded chicken, corn, capsicum, spring onions with all the rest.
- Mix well.
- Cool mixture.
- Spread on 1 biscuit.
- Cover with second biscuit.
- Dip in beaten eggs.
- Roll in fresh bread crumbs.
- Deep fry.
