
Noodle Doodle Cutlets Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups Egg noodles boiled
- 1 qty Capsicum (chopped)
- 2 cups Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
- ½ cup Carrot (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Ginger garlic
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 4 qty Green chilies chopped
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Szechwan sauce
Instructions
- Break noodles and boil mix with all the given ingredients shape into cutlets, shallow fry until golden brown.
