
Thai Chaat Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups Chickpeas (Boiled)
- 1 cup Potatoes (Cubed, boiled)
- 20 qty Curry Leaves
- ½ cup Oil
- 2 tbsp Thai Red Curry Paste
- ½ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp Suree Tamarind Paste
- ½ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add curry leaves with thai red curry paste and ¼ cup water.
- Fry well.
- Add boiled chickpeas, potatoes with sweet chili sauce, tamarind paste and salt.
- Mix everything well, and remove to a platter.
- Serve and garnish with papri.
