Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Thick curd
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 tsp Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek)
  • 1 tsp Punjabi garam masala
  • 2 tbsp Coriander. cut off
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 tsp Gram flourĀ 
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups Cottage cheese, cut into 50 mm (2 inch) cubes

Instructions
 

  • Yogurt Ginger paste. Garlic paste. Ground Chilli - Red Chilli. Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek). Punjabi Garam Masala. Coriander. Chaat Masala Oil. Add salt and mix well to make a marinade
  • Add cheese and keep aside for 15 minutes to marinate
  • Slice the cheese a little. Heat oven to 200oC (400oF) on a wire rack and grill until the cheese is done. (About 15 minutes)
  • Remove from oven
  • Serve hot
