
Sesame Chicken Bites Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Boneless chicken cubes
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper heaped
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 qty Egg
- 2 tbsp Corn flour heaped
- 2 tbsp Yogurt heaped
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds to sprinkle
FOR MINT DIP
- 1 cup Hung curd
- ½ cup Coriander leaves
- ½ cup Mint leaves
- 2 qty Green chilies
- ½ tsp Garlic
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Roasted and Crushed cumin
Instructions
FOR DIP
- Hang curd in a muslin cloth for 1 hour.
- Beat well and grind together coriander mint leaves, garlic to a paste,
- Add to the hung curd mixture with salt and cumin, mix well and serve with sesame chicken bites.
FOR BITES
- Marinate chicken with Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp, Soya sauce 1 tbsp, Crushed red pepper 1 tsp, heaped, Black pepper ½ tsp, Salt 1 tsp, Baking powder ½ tsp, Lemon juice 1 tbsp, Egg 1, Corn flour 2 tbsp heaped, Yogurt 2 tbsp heaped for 1 hour.
- Lift pieces of chicken, roll in sesame seeds.
- Freeze for 1 hour, then deep fry.
- Serve with dip.
