
Tikka Chops Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Chops (flatten)
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
- ¼ cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Raw papaya grinded
- 1 pinch Orange red color
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 2 tbsp Chicken Tikka Masala
- ¼ cup Oil
- 2 tbsp brown onion (ground)
Instructions
- Marinate the chops with all the ingredients for 1 hour.
- Heat oil add chops.
- Fry for 5 min add 1 cup of water cover and cook till done.
- Give Dum of coal serve garnish with onion rings and mint leaf.
